Make it in a Minute: Kimchi Avocado Snack

This super quick and easy Kimchi Avocado snack is full of flavor and great for your gut. Full of fatty acids, probiotics, vitamin C, and beta-carotene; this recipe only needs 3 ingredients so it's perfect when you're juggling a full day!

Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:
1/2 c kimchi | probiotics and beta-carotene for skin elasticity
1 ripe avocado | fatty acids for skin hydration
1 sprinkle of pink Himalayan salt | detoxifies the body

Directions: 

  1. Slice the kimchi and avocado for easy, bite-sized pieces. 
  2. Plate the avocado, then layer on kimchi, and finish with a sprinkle of pink Himalayan salt.
  3. Enjoy!
